Pre-requisite Requirements:

  • 10 Pilates Mat sessions
  • 6 Months work experience in related field recommended
  • Anatomy (recommended)
  • 20 Reformer sessions
  • 1 year work experience in related field recommended
  • Anatomy required prior to test out
  • 20 Reformer sessions
  • 1 year work experience in related field recommended
  • Anatomy required prior to test out
  • 20 Pilates studio sessions
  • 1 year work experience in related field recommended
  • Anatomy required prior to test out
