Pilates Instructor Training

Mat Instructor Training

Pilates Mat forms the foundation of the Pilates method. The program includes preparatory, traditional and evolved exercises and programming for all levels.

Courses: Mat 1 & 2
Total program: 102 hours

Reformer Instructor Training

The Pilates Reformer is a complete workout system covering every part of the body and accessible for every client. A safe and effective workout!

Courses: Reformer 1, 2 & 3
Total program: 198 hours

Mat and Reformer Training

Combining the Mat and Reformer provides an excellent foundation in the Pilates method of exercise and prepares you to complete the Comprehensive training.

Courses: Mat 1 & 2, Reformer 1, 2 & 3
Total program: 300 hours

Comprehensive Pilates Program

The Comprehensive Pilates Training program prepares you to teach the complete Pilates system on the Mat and all Apparatus. Upon completion, you are eligible to take the PMA Certification exam.

Courses: Mat 1 & 2, Reformer 1, 2 & 3, Trapeze Table, Chair & Barrels or Apparatus 1, 2 & 3
Total program: 488 hours

CoreAlign provides the missing link in mind body training by replicating functional movement in a safe environment. Learn applications for posture, core support and rehabilitation.
